Parliamentary Finance: Afraid of the mechanism of implementation and disbursement of funds in Nineveh

The Finance Committee of the parliamentary, on Wednesday, that there is fear of the mechanism of implementation of projects and implementing agencies, which held the amounts allocated to the province of Nineveh, pointing out that the budget was settled Nineveh in terms of development of the region and will be compensated affected by an ad hoc committee.
Committee member Mahasen Hamdoun said in a statement to Al-Maaloumah that "the budget has settled Nineveh province in terms of the development of regions and compensations of those affected by the terrorist operations experienced by the province during the existence of a supporter of the terrorist."
"There is fear in Nineveh of the implementation of projects and the mechanism of disbursement of funds to the province and the file of services and reconstruction, where there is suspicion and fear of the implementation mechanism and the body that will do so, especially after the transfer of powers to the province."
She explained that "there is no specific amount for each affected person of the people of Nineveh, but there will be a compensation committee will work on the allocation of funds allocated for this purpose and grant compensation as appropriate for those affected." Ending / 25 n
