A statement from the Commission, a copy of which {Al-Furat News} received, stated: “This came after a meeting of the National Strategy Implementation Team to Support Integrity and Anti-Corruption in the Commission, headed by the Director General of the Single Window and Investor Services Department, Zuhair Shaker, and in the presence of the Commission’s Advisor for Legal Affairs, Haider Saadoun, and members of the team.” “With the aim of strengthening work programs and reviewing the paragraphs highlighted in periodic reports from field teams concerned with combating corruption.”
He added, "The team discussed the paragraphs that were diagnosed by the joint field team between the Integrity Commission and the Federal Oversight Office."
The Director-General and head of the team said, “The Commission is working to carefully implement the methodology of the National Anti-Corruption Strategy and to address negative phenomena and cases after diagnosing them, announcing the allocation of a phone number for the hotline (07727287303) to report complaints or any negative case.”
He added, "The meeting discussed the importance of interaction and performance during training, enhancing the media aspects of the team, as well as reviewing the points that are calculated in the evaluation."
He continued, “In the meeting, emphasis was placed on implementing the integrity strategy, participating in events, activities and training workshops that would raise awareness of the concepts of integrity and anti-corruption, adhering to the standards set by the Federal Integrity Commission, maintaining the Commission’s advanced ranking in the evaluation, and discussing simplifying procedures.” And employing electronic governance by providing services on the Ur electronic platform.”
