[ltr]Said the Basra Governorate Council member Ahmed Abdul Hussein, on Tuesday, that the weakness of the state and the withdrawal of the military teams to fight the terrorist elements of al-Daash impact negatively on the security situation in the province and to allow the families of the outlaw.[/ltr]
[ltr]Said Abdul Hussein's / balances News /, that "tribal conflicts are not born of the moment in the province of Basra," pointing out that "the weakness of the state and Shabb teams charged with protecting the province to fight Daash affected the security situation and to allow the families of the outlaw."[/ltr]
