[rtl]Kurdistan responded to the accusations of Human Rights: the destruction of Arab homes [/rtl]
[rtl]
BAGHDAD / Sky Press [/rtl]
[rtl]Organization "Human Rights Watch," Sunday said, in a report released new security forces in the Kurdistan Regional Government destroyed illegally large numbers of Arab homes, sometimes entire villages, in regions has recovered from Daesh, while Kurdistan denied this, she said the destruction happened Ntjah international bombardment.[/rtl]

[rtl]The report addresses the author of the 78-page report entitled "Targeting the mark" X ": destruction of the Iraqi Kurdish forces to villages and homes during the conflict with Daesh" the destruction of homes between September / September 2014 and May / May 2016 in the disputed areas in the provinces of Kirkuk and Nineveh, both located within the Iraqi government's authority officially , but controlled by two of the Kurdistan Regional Government in practice. after removing the elements Daesh, as "peshmerga" forces of the Kurdistan Regional Government targeted the homes of Arabs while it remains on the homes of the Kurds.[/rtl]

[rtl]And the Kurdistan Regional Government officials responded that these historically Kurdish areas and that they intend to merge them with the Territory[/rtl]

[rtl]Human Rights Watch also documented additional demolition of illegal operations acquired in October / October 2016, the details of these processes are listed at the end of this press release.[/rtl]

[rtl]Joe Stork, deputy Middle East director, said: "The Kurdish security forces destroyed Arab houses, the village after the other in Kirkuk and Nineveh, but kept the Kurds homes without any legitimate military target. Political goals to officials KRG does not justify the demolition of houses illegally."[/rtl]

[rtl]The organization says that "the report was based on field visits to researchers, Human Rights Watch, more than 120 interviews with witnesses and officials, and comprehensive analysis of satellite images, as examined by Human Rights Watch dilapidated houses in 17 villages in the province of Kirkuk and four in the province of Nineveh, and walked across the other of destroyed villages in Nineveh, near the Syrian border.[/rtl]

[rtl]Officials in the Kurdistan regional government and the Peshmerga, Human Rights Watch said that the destruction of some property caused by the bombing of the coalition's Daesh US-led and artillery fire peshmerga. [/rtl]

[rtl]This is consistent with Human Rights Watch's analysis of some of the satellite pictures before the bombing and beyond, but in the vast majority of cases, satellite images show caused harm to the use of bulldozers and fire and severe explosives unsafe roads of mines and explosive devices to remove after the fighting ended and the extension of the Kurdistan Regional Government Forces control.[/rtl]

[rtl]KRG peshmerga officials said "their forces destroyed houses in many cases because Daesh had planted the mines and explosive devices, but the mine clearance experts said this was inconsistent with the approved practices and explosions uncontrolled threatening to deploy explosives among the rubble what makes the region, and cleaned later , not safe at all.[/rtl]
