[rtl]Saleh al-Mutlaq pass comment on the popular crowd Act[/rtl]
[rtl]BAGHDAD / Sky Press:[/rtl]
[rtl]Counting head of the Arab bloc Front and former Deputy Prime Minister Saleh al-Mutlaq, the crowd passed the law ending the civil state which dreams of Iraqis.[/rtl]
[rtl]Mutlaq said in a televised statement followed the "Sky Press," that "the crowd passed the law in Parliament as a foundation for a parallel army of the Iraqi armed forces."[/rtl]
[rtl]He said National Forces Alliance, that the House vote on the popular crowd Act "challenge" to the political process and partnership under which the government formed.[/rtl]
