Pay the value of the ration card to non-Muslim citizens
07/21/13 - Khandan - confirmed the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers of Iraq on Sunday, the Council decided at its regular (thirty) held on 07.16.2013, the Ministry of Commerce to pay the value of the ration card to non-Muslim citizens.
Secretariat said in a statement received "Khandan" on the copy of it, "The Council decided that the ministry will pay the value of the card material to the citizens that have not received them in the past months with the followers of the same mechanism and as a context in the case not to distribute any material."
The statement added, "it was decided to be the responsibility of providing material card Altamoana from the beginning of next year 2014 by the provinces except the subjects of flour and wheat, which remains distributed centrally by the Ministry of Commerce, and to the ministry proposals to amend the instructions buy the card to suit the context of international trade of these substances and to facilitate the import. "
