    Announced the Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak, Saturday that Russia reduced its oil production by 185 thousand barrels per day, compared to an average daily production in October.

    The reduction of Russia in the framework of oil-producing countries agreement (a member of the OPEC and outside) to support prices and absorb the oversupply in the market. States agreed at the end of November last to cut production by 1.8 million barrels of oil per day.

    Under the agreement must reduce the volume of production in Russia up by the end of April / April about 300 thousand barrels of crude per day. The current level of reduction indicates that Moscow is committed to the agreement and continuing it.
