OPEC confirms its commitment to the Algiers Agreement on production

The Secretary General of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) Mohammad Barkindo, on Monday, the organization's commitment to the agreement reached in Algeria in September to cut oil production.
Barkindo said in remarks to reporters at a conference in Abu Dhabi, he said that "the market will regain its equilibrium in 2017 with the implementation of the agreement."
In response to a question about whether he expected Russia's participation is a member of the organization to cut production or install Secretary-General "Russia is with us ... He would not reveal details."
OPEC officials met in Vienna last month to put the details of Algeria's plan to cut production but failed to reach an agreement.The next meeting of OPEC ministers on the 30th of November. Finished / 25
