MOSCOW (Reuters) - Russian President Vladimir Putin said his country was studying all possibilities behind the bombing at a St. Petersburg metro station, including terrorism.
Putin explained that Russian security is still trying to determine the circumstances of the incident, noting that it is still unclear what caused the explosion.
The Russian president expressed condolences to the victims of the bombing, which amounted to at least 10 dead, according to the Russian Tass news agency.
Twenty people were injured in the explosion in a "subway car" before "the movement of trains and evacuation of all passengers and passengers is stopped," according to Sputnik.
