Parliamentary Security: Army Aviation College Law Ready for Voting

The Parliamentary Security and Defense Committee announced the readiness of the Army Aviation College Law for voting under the dome of Parliament.
According to the member of the Parliamentary Security and Defense Committee, Mohammed Al-Shammari, to "Al-Sabah", "The committee is making great efforts to ensure the security and stability of the country, as we have a package of laws that have been completed and are ready for voting, including the Army Aviation College Law, which aims to enhance the capabilities of the Iraqi army, in addition to laws that support retirees from the Popular Mobilization Forces, who have made great sacrifices for the homeland." He explained that "the committee's work is not limited to discussing legislation only, but we are keen on our oversight role by hosting senior military and security leaders, including the Chief of Staff of the Army, the Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, the Director of Military Intelligence and the Commander of the Land Forces," indicating that "these moves come within the framework of proactive work to ensure the stability of Iraq and keep it away from the specter of war and regional conflicts."
