The rule of law: Maliki is the next president of the National Alliance

A coalition of state law, announced on Thursday, leader of the candidacy of state law, Nuri al-Maliki as head of the National Alliance, the successor to the current president of the Alliance Ammar al-Hakim within the agreed National Alliance system in advance.
