Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) Baghdad Mayor, Abdul Hussein al-Murshidi, announced the success of the services and security plans which were prepared by Baghdad Mayorship to host the Iraqi families during Eid al-Fitr.The Media and Relation Directorate quoted Murshidi as saying ”The plan, which was prepared by Baghdad Mayorship to host the Iraqi families on the entertainment and touristic places during Eid al-Fitr, achieved a great success due to the extraordinary efforts of the cadres of Parks Directorate, Security and Guards Directorate and the Municipal Directorates in Baghdad.””The entertainment places did not register any worthy accidents due to the strict security plan that was developed by Security and Guards Directorate in coordination with Baghdad Operations Command to provide protection for Iraqi families throughout days of Eid al-Fitr,” the statement added. \END\
