He added that "the Baghdad Operations Command, has prepared a security plan for this occasion, which resulted in a complete success in the various sections of operations in the areas of Baghdad and belt."
The Baghdad operations referred to "the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces and the security services officers, officers and associates, and to the Iraqi people with the best wishes and congratulations, wishing them a year of happiness, love and brotherhood."
