Russian intelligence: After Daesh ..tosas a new terrorist network
Director of the Russian publicly Federal Security Service Alexander Bortnikov, that there is evidence to suggest negotiations between the organization 'Daesh' terrorist with other terrorist groups in order to integrate.
He said that the organization 'Daesh' leaders and other terrorist groups are changing their approach from, where they send fighters to Yemen, Afghanistan and Africa, the founders of this new terrorist network.
He said in a speech during the opening of the International Security Conference in Moscow 'There were reports of negotiations between the organization Daesh and other terrorist groups on a possible merger'.
He pointed out that all the parties intending to merge, have the ability to continue their criminal activities individually.
He said 'The leaders of major international terrorist groups, such as' Daesh 'and'jbhh victory', they realized that they face the risk of disappearing from the areas they control, have begun to change their tactics. "
According to Bortnikov, they ( the leaders of terrorist organizations) have sent fighters to Afghanistan, Yemen and the depths of Africa, where they began to establish the strengths and rules'.
