    {Baghdad: Euphrates News} presided over Iraq and Belgium the first consultative meeting to prepare for the draft of the Special Ministerial Declaration Article {XIV} of the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty (CTBT) {CTBTO}, which was held at the Vienna International Center.
    A statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Agency {Euphrates News} received a copy of it today that "Alaracmthel at the meeting , Ambassador Adi goodness of God , who noted that the delegations of Iraq and Belgium Sicoman the task of preparing the Ministerial Declaration , which correspond to the states to ratify the treaty in preparation for its entry into force."
