Iraq and Belgium are considering facilitating the work of Article 14 of the CTBT

Iraq and Belgium will hold a consultative meeting to prepare the draft resolutions of the Conference to facilitate the work of Article XIV of the CTBT.
"Iraq is represented by the charge d'affaires in Austria, Osama al-Nashi, and Belgium is represented by Ambassador Kesselin-Hop, who presided at the UN headquarters in Vienna, the consultative meeting to facilitate the work of Article XIV of the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty," the Foreign Ministry said.
