    The new president of South Korea said Moon Jae, announced Wednesday, was ready to visit Pyongyang, the capital of North Korea in the future if the conditions are favorable for it.

    The Yonhap news agency quoted South Korean news followed the agency / information / about Moon Jae as saying in a speech in parliament after the inauguration ceremony that "if necessary, I will go to Washington immediately and if there were favorable conditions, I am ready to visit Yang Pyongyang also."

    He added that he was "determined to solve the issue of the US missile THAAD system on his country's territory through dialogue with Washington and Beijing."
