    {Baghdad: Euphrates News} was named Colonel Marine Gen. Haider Shuli as deputy commander of the naval exercise IMX and primarily in the Kingdom of Bahrain, while the Ministry of Defense promised that "the result will lead Iraq in the future to give the leadership of the international force for the protection of the functions of water in the Gulf."
    A statement by the Ministry of Defense, the agency received {Euphrates News}, a copy of it, " a continuation of the activities of the exercise of marine IMX and primarily in the Kingdom of Bahrain, which specializes organized maritime traffic and securing ships and oil tankers from exposure to any terrorist act or pirates from the Suez Canal attack to the ports of Basra , and with the participation of more than 13 countries , including Iraq. "
    He pointed to the selection of "Colonel Marine Gen. Haider Shuli as deputy commander of the exercise, which was hailed by leaders of its experience and successful military initiatives and management in decision - making."
    He added, "This choice comes as evidence of the competence and experience of Iraqi officers and their ability to Task Manager deservedly hit the ground running, and is this choice a great asset to Iraq as a lead result , to give Iraq the future leadership of the international force functions to protect the water in the Gulf and the Arabian Sea and the Strait of Hormuz and the Strait of Bab el Mandeb and the Red Sea" .is over
