Dollar falls against other major currencies

dollar fell against a basket of major currencies on Tuesday as investors awaited comments from Federal Reserve officials of the US central bank to show signs of whether the bank would stick to its policy and raise interest rates this year or not.
Officials Bantrza and hinted that they would consider slowing inflation and continue their path in the current interest rate hike despite the doubts of investors and market assessments likely show a 40 percent raise because the central interest rates at its meeting in December.
It is expected to receive the President of the Council Janet Yellen speech at the British Academy in London at 1700 GMT after less than two hours from the word Patrick Harker President of the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia 1515 GMT.
The dollar index fell in the latest move 0.3 percent to 97.180.
The dollar also fell 0.3 percent against the yen to 111.475 yen , after rising earlier to 112.075 yen , its highest level in nearly five weeks.
The euro rose 0.1 percent to $ 1.1190 after it fell to $ 1.1172 Tuesday night in the wake of comments in favor of low interest by Mario Draghi President of the European Central Bank and completely inconsistent with the tone of the Central American officials. Ss
