Jubouri said that " the time is ripe to initiate a project of community reconciliation as the best solution for restoring security and stability in the country, especially in areas that were under the control of terrorism , " adding that "after all achieved great victories at the hands of security forces in the battle of Mosul against terrorism we are about the duty of thinking and planning for the next stage and prepare national entitlements and rehabilitation of the affected areas for integration into the new life. "
In a meeting with the President of the Badr Organization , Hadi al - Amiri, he confirmed the legislative branch president that " the most important files that can focus on in the coming period is to rehabilitate areas affected by terrorism, and remove all obstacles to the return of displaced persons, and the provision of appropriate community reconciliation environment."
In a separate meeting Biskrter Central Committee of the Iraqi Communist Party Raed Fahmi and his accompanying delegation, the parliament speaker said that " the victories achieved by the Iraqi forces in the city of Mosul came thanks to the faith of the Iraqi justice of their battle, courage and big determination to expel terrorism from their land."
On the other hand, he stressed the President of the House of Representatives of the Spanish ambassador to Iraq , Juan Jose Scobar, said that "Iraqi forces have achieved great victories in Mosul and the battle is nearing its end and that the presence of Daesh in Iraq will end soon vigorously his sons." He noted Jubouri that " the relief of displaced persons and reconstruction of the liberated areas and restore its people is the stage that should be initiated for the purpose of ending their suffering and this file needs international cooperation with Iraq."
Furthermore, the Speaker of Parliament opened gas station Mansuriyah in Diyala province, noting that "Mansuriyah station will contribute to addressing the electricity crisis and alleviate the suffering of the citizens."
