    BAGHDAD / The National Coalition MP Amer al-Fayez, on Thursday, the government continued to pay salaries of camp inmates Rafha to date, and high amounts, indicating that the next phase requires attention to reconstruction of liberated areas and care of families of martyrs and wounded.
