[ltr]Iraq has been suffering from a power crisis in nearly ten years ago, in spite of the successive governments during these years of exchange nearly $ 120 billion is to be re energy saving regularly.[/ltr]
[ltr]And all the provinces suffer from ongoing daily disconnection of power supply, forcing citizens to civil use generators to provide that energy. Ended[/ltr]
