Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The office of The Prime Minister, Nouri al-Maliki, denied including a Jordanian prisoner sentenced to death for terrorism charges with the general amnesty decision.
The Premier Office reported in a statement received by IraqiNews.com on Thursday ”The Legal Directorate within the Secretariat General of the Council of Ministers denied the information regarding a decree issued by the Reforming Directorate that stipulates to include the Jordanian prisoner, Adnan Abdul Rahim Sadeq, in the general amnesty resolution since the prisoners convicted with terrorism charges are not included within any amnesty resolution.’
‘The office of the Vice-President, Khudhir al-Khuzaiye, denied on 18/8/2013 the news which were reported by some media outlets related to sign special amnesty of Jordanian detainees.

The Premier Office reported in a statement received by IraqiNews.com on Thursday ”The Legal Directorate within the Secretariat General of the Council of Ministers denied the information regarding a decree issued by the Reforming Directorate that stipulates to include the Jordanian prisoner, Adnan Abdul Rahim Sadeq, in the general amnesty resolution since the prisoners convicted with terrorism charges are not included within any amnesty resolution.’
