The role of "British" and "American" in the spread of cholera Yemen

    Baghdad - Journal News

The newspaper "The Independent" on Sunday, the subject of the spread of cholera among citizens of Yemen, and how Britain and America have a hand in it.

In a report published by the Journal News, British newspaper reported that every 8 out of 10 people had cholera in areas controlled by the Huthi rebels. For more than two years, the Huthis were targeted by the Saudi-led coalition forces, .

"Saudi Arabia and the Houthis have caused serious civilian casualties, but the biggest share is Saudi Arabia. The Saudi siege of Houthi areas and the prevention of civilians from enjoying the most basic living conditions have created a favorable environment for cholera, which has killed more than a million so far." Adding that Saudi Arabia has bombed civilians, destroyed their homes, hospitals and water reservoirs, causing great pollution, and urged them to resort to crowded areas, sterile and unfit to live. The siege of the coalition also cut funding for food, essential medical supplies, as well as cutting off the arrival of charity activists.

The research has highlighted the fact that British and US companies are supplying their Saudi ally with billions of dollars worth of weapons, instead of donating medical aid to innocent Yemenis, so they have a lot to do with the crisis and must be reported by the World Human Rights Organization and the United Nations.

In June, UNICEF announced that "Yemen is facing the worst crisis in the world," and that none of the world's nations has moved to a halt. The number of victims has risen to over one million, including 500,000 children. The centers of organizations for medical services daily register about 5,000 cases.

"The reason for the huge number of victims in Yemen is the bombing and siege of the Saudi alliance, and Britain and America must stop arming their Saudi mechanic," the paper said.
