    Spanish police, when they searched the house of the Barcelona attack on a surprise did not expect.

    The Spanish newspaper "The Mirror" revealed the Spanish police found inside the home of one of the perpetrators of the Barcelona attack, which killed dozens of dead and wounded on a substance called "mother of the devil ."

    Police found bottles and bottles of toxic gas made of acetone peroxide, the so-called "devil's mother."

    The house was believed to have been used as a hiding place for terrorist operations, and it appears that they intended to use those bottles in possible terrorist attacks.

    Police said they found about 20 bottles of toxic gas, after being destroyed accidentally before the operation, because of the explosion of gas, "Bhutan" huge hit the area.

    Fortunately, the twenty bottles were not affected by the explosion, and were found intact, as the gas did not leak into the area at all.

    Police believed the blast occurred in a secret drug lab, but never expected the house to have been used for processing and planning terrorist operations.

    Josep Luis Trapero, chief of police in Catalonia , said investigators believe the attackers originally planned to detonate a bomb with gas flasks.
    Trapero speculated that the cause of the accidental explosion was their tampering with gears that were converting propane and flammable butane.
