    [rtl]Russian Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovic said Moscow was waiting for a response from Egyptian authorities on the airport security protocol to resume flights between the two countries.[/rtl]
    [rtl]"To resume flights, it is necessary to conclude an agreement that regulates all security issues at Egyptian airports, so far Egyptian colleagues are studying the draft agreement," Dvorkovic told reporters on the sidelines of the Science and Technology Forum in Kyoto.[/rtl]
    [rtl]The Deputy Prime Minister pointed out that consultations are continuing, but Moscow has not yet been able to receive a response.[/rtl]
    [rtl]Russian Transport Minister Maxim Sokolov said earlier that the issue of resumption of flights between Russia and Egypt was being considered at the highest level, saying: "Egypt is ready to sign a protocol with Russia on aviation security."[/rtl]
    [rtl]Russian President Vladimir Putin also said that Russia expects in the near future the possibility of resolving the issue of aviation security in Egypt fully, and Moscow sees the efforts of Cairo.[/rtl]
