German Foreign Minister Ziegmar Gabriel said Monday that Berlin, Paris and London are calling on Washington to abide by the nuclear deal with Iran, stressing that Tehran is committed to the terms of the agreement.
"We are concerned about the signals coming from the United States that the US president will announce to the members of parliament and the Senate that the Iranian nuclear agreement is not being observed," Gabriel said.
"We are deeply concerned that the security situation will worsen if Washington refuses to continue the agreement. We will not achieve a better security situation at the time, but we are at risk of falling back to the time when Iran was developing nuclear weapons," he said.
