Rouhani is instructed to mobilize the resources to help those affected by the earthquake

The President of the Islamic Republic of Iran issued a decree instructing his first deputy, Ishaq Jahangiri, to mobilize all possibilities to save the people trapped under the rubble as well as to help those affected by this earthquake.
According to Tasnim International News Agency that, following the earthquake that hit the western regions, especially Kermanshah province, the President of the Republic issued a decree assigning his first deputy Ishak Jahangiri to mobilize all the potential of the country to save people trapped under the rubble as well as to help those affected by the earthquake.
Jahangiri called for the administration of this file with utmost responsibility in order to save the citizens trapped under the rubble, treat the wounded and provide all the necessary needs of the affected citizens by taking advantage of the potential of the government and all public institutions, military and civil society institutions.
Preliminary statistics from various Iranian provinces have killed 164 people and 1,684 wounded, while facts indicate that these figures are on the rise.
