    The Legal Committee in the House of Representatives, on Wednesday, that the House of Representatives is determined to pass the election law during the coming sessions, noting that the paragraphs of the Kirkuk province has delayed the adoption of the law.
    "The election law will be approved by the parliament soon," said Sadiq al-Labban, a member of the committee.
    It should be noted that paragraphs (37) and (52) relating to the province of Kirkuk in the election law of the provincial councils need political consensus to pass.
