    [ltr]Baghdad Governor Atwan al-Atwani announced on Tuesday that 4,000 jobs are vacant on education staff, pointing to the dismissal of 2800 employees.[/ltr]
    [ltr]"We have four thousand degrees vacant jobs on the owners of education, but the reason for the suspension of the Ministry of Finance to start the appointment was on the pretext of the absence of financial allocations," Al-Atwani said in a statement received by Mawazine News.[/ltr]
    [ltr]He added that "the province and in this period, which coincided with the disengagement of the six directorates of education and health departments of Baghdad as well as the directorates of youth and sports and catch up with the province, has caused us confusion, because of the urgent need for specialized cadres, especially educational and health cadres."[/ltr]
