    The General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers formed a special committee to follow up the implementation of the Cabinet Decision No. (1) for the year 2016 concerning the obligation of ministries, agencies and governorates to declare job grades and receive complaints from citizens.

    A source in the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers said that "the Committee will follow up the implementation of the said resolution, with the ministries and entities not associated with the Ministry and the provinces and all councils, based on reports submitted by the Office of Financial Supervision to the Council of Ministers."

    He added that "the reports reached the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, revealed many abuses in the ministries and other parties in the procedures of appointments, contrary to the text of the Council of Ministers No. (1) for the year 2016.

    He pointed out that "the audit teams will follow through their visits with the offices of ministers and departments and governorates and administrative departments, in addition to the offices of the inspectors general, the mechanism of implementation of paragraphs of the resolution, and to identify the actions taken on the submitted reports that include those abuses."

    Decision No. (1) of 2016 obligates the ministries, agencies and governorates to announce the grades available to them, or to be available within the movement of owners, on the website of the Authority and the formation of committees for interviews to be appointed.

    He pointed out that "the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, formed a committee to receive complaints from citizens, on the work of committees formed in the ministries, the cases of abuses in appointments." C
