A source from the Iraqi Embassy in Brussels stated to IraqiNews.com “The Embassy and the Non-Governmental Organization managed through their efforts to cancel the planned conference by Hashimi.” “Since last Wednesday, We worked hard to hinder this conference because Hashimi is convicted with terrorism so he can not practice any political activities,” he concluded.
