[rtl]The Syrian Foreign Ministry on Saturday strongly condemned the allegations made by UN Special Envoy to Syria Staffan de Mistura and the French Foreign Ministry, which accuses Syria of responsibility for the lack of progress in the last round in Geneva.[/rtl]
[rtl]An official source in the Syrian Foreign Ministry said in a press statement that "these allegations clearly show the continuation of the choir of anti-Syrian in the campaigns of disinformation and lies they have been accustomed to since the beginning of the aggression, which was a lot of Syrian blood"He said.[/rtl]
[rtl]He added, "Syria has always taken every positive step with all sincere efforts to get out of the current crisis. The delegation of the Syrian Arab Republic participated seriously in the meetings of this round and hoped that this round would be a starting point for positive results. Expectations were formulated for one and only objective, namely, the disruption and the failure of this round, because the forces of aggression against Syria and its tools are not at all concerned with the stability of the situation in it"He said.[/rtl]
[rtl]The source stressed that everyone should realize that the Geneva process is a Syrian-Syrian dialogue and that the Special Envoy must fully understand this and seek to remove the obstacles placed by the States and the parties operating in Geneva and to be impartial and objective in order to reach results that put an end to the current crisis.[/rtl]
