    {Baghdad: Al Furat News} The Integrity Commission revealed that it was able to control the treatment of agricultural loan disbursed with false guarantees in the Agricultural Cooperative Bank - Branch Baquba, Diyala province.
    The Department of Investigation in the Authority, according to a statement of integrity received by the agency {Euphrates News} copy of it, in detail about the details of the seizure, to the receipt of "information on the existence of agricultural loan disbursed with false real estate, and the amount of waste in public money amounted to two billion and 350 million dinars" . 
    The department explained that "the staff of the investigation office in the province who moved to the Agricultural Bank - Baquba branch, were able to control the original loan transaction, including real estate guarantees, which are forged vouchers in the amount of two billion dinars each," indicating that " Issued by the investigating judge competent to consider the cases of integrity in Baquba.
    The Integrity Commission revealed on the twelfth of last month that it was able to control 46 transactions for agricultural loans disbursed under one billion and 130 million dinars, contrary to the controls and instructions at the Agricultural Cooperative Bank - Muqdadiya branch in Diyala province of deceased persons and others without their knowledge.

    The Integrity Commission announced on Tuesday the seizure of an agricultural loan disbursed with false guarantees at the Agricultural Cooperative Bank - Baquba branch in Diyala province.

    announced that the Integrity Commission, on Tuesday, seizing the treatment of an agricultural loan guarantees disbursed forged in the Agricultural Cooperative Bank branch of Baquba province of Diyala , indicating that the seizure was carried out under a warrant issued by a competent judge investigating the consideration of integrity issues. 

    "The amount of waste in public money has reached 2 billion and 350 million dinars," the agency's investigations department said in a statement received by Alsumaria News.

    She added that "the staff of the investigation office of the Commission in the province of Diyala, were able to control the origin of the loan transaction, including real estate guarantees, which are forged vouchers in the amount of two billion dinars each," indicating that "the seizure was made under an arrest warrant issued by the examining magistrate competent to consider Issues of integrity ". 

    On December 12, 2017, the Authority announced the seizure of 46 transactions for agricultural loans under which KD 113 billion was disbursed, contrary to the controls and instructions of the Agricultural Bank in the Muqdadiya district of Diyala governorate for deceased persons and others without their knowledge. 

    It is worth mentioning that the Integrity Commission last November called on the Ministry of Finance to put an end to the administrative and financial corruption that affect the granting of agricultural loans in branches of the Agricultural Cooperative Bank.
