The Iraqi parliament voted Sunday to adopt 10 seats for each governorate in the provincial elections.
A parliamentary source told Ashqaf News that the Iraqi parliament voted today to adopt 10 seats for each province in the upcoming provincial council elections.
The source added that the parliament also voted to count one seat for every 200,000 votes in addition to the ten seats.
