    Follow-up / Sky Press:

In his first State of the Union address, US President Donald Trump said there was still more to be done to stamp out a full "push".

"I am proud to say that the coalition has defeated almost 100 percent of the land occupied by these killers in Iraq and Syria, but there is still much to be done.

He stressed that the new administration has taken quick action to make the United States great for all Americans.

"We stand with the Iranian people to get their freedom," he said.

The US president said North Korea was "very soon" a threat to US territory.

"New immigration and immigration laws are being worked out," he said. He stressed that the new amendments to the immigration system end the family hierarchy.

"We will strengthen our strength to meet the challenges we face," Trump said, stressing "strengthening and renewing our nuclear power."

Trump said securing US "power" requires Congress to approve funding for the US armed forces, particularly to "modernize and rebuild our nuclear arsenal" to "make it strong and strong enough to deter any aggression."

"We will try terrorists as terrorists, not as prisoners of war," Trump said, adding that he would keep the Guantanamo Bay prison open.

Trump stressed that the "open border" allowed drug gangs to infiltrate the United States and "many lives" were lost, reiterating his determination to tighten immigration policy.

"For decades, the open borders of drugs and gangs have allowed the spread of our most vulnerable societies," Trump said, "allowing millions of low-wage workers to compete with the poorer Americans for jobs and wages, and worse, they have taken many innocent lives."

Trump called on all Americans, including the Republican and Democratic parties, to put their differences aside.
