    The decision of the House of Representatives Imad Juhna, that the date of the meeting of the three presidencies to discuss and resolve the differences of the budget will be determined after the end of the Finance Committee of the parliamentary drafting of budget amendments and delivery of the final report to the Presidency mid-next week.

    The parliamentary Finance Committee announced that the differences of the draft law of the general budget 2018 will be presented at the meeting of the three presidencies to agree to resolve them before the final vote before Parliament.


    The Committee's Rapporteur, Ahmed Haj Hama Rashid, said in a press statement that "there is a legal notice regarding the revised version sent by the government recently, and therefore the legal status of the first version has disappeared and needs to be presented for the first reading and second and discussed again," noting that " Oil-producing and affected provinces are not all included in the new version of the budget, Maeber County boycotts. "


    He added that "the other technical observation on the entirety of the draft budget law, relating to Article 36 authorizes the government through a delegation by the House of Representatives to spend the expenses of electricity and armament contracts and security issues, or the allocation of specific amounts for that, and therefore this violates the draft law by its age," noting that "the government Is obliged to review and address these observations to ensure that the vote on the draft passed before parliament. "


    He pointed out that "the meeting of the three presidencies is an attempt to resolve these differences by agreement that satisfies the political parties and convince them to vote."
