[ltr][You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]BAGHDAD (Reuters) - Parliament speaker Salim al-Jubouri announced on Tuesday a satisfactory formula for all political parties on the financial budget for 2018.
"The Speaker of the House of Representatives Salim al-Jubouri held a meeting on Tuesday with the Chairman and members of the Parliamentary Finance Committee, during which the finalization of the law of the general budget for 2018 was made," the press office said in a press statement. The great efforts made by the Committee to overcome all obstacles, and resolve the points of contention that hinder the adoption of the budget law within the timing of the constitutional.
"The end of the budget law will give reassuring messages to all parties that the next phase will witness the start of the construction and reconstruction page and the return of security and stability in the country," Jubouri said, adding that the discussions continued to reach a satisfactory formula for all parties.
