    A parliamentary source said, in an interview with (long - Presse), " The Presidency of the Council ofRepresentatives postponed the vote on the budget bill to the Saturday session, to encircle differences on some of its provisions. " 
    The source added that after the postponement of the vote on the law "Beshrat the Finance Committee in the House of Representatives, the final wording of the law of the general budget for 2017 next." 
    In turn, the deputy from the Liberal bloc attributed the delay to "lack of resolve one of the controversial paragraphs concerning Kirkuk.". The MP said Riad Ghali said in an interview to the (long - Presse), said that " to postpone the adoption of the budget law was due to lack of resolve to agree on one of the paragraphs of the budget pertaining to Kirkuk , " noting that " the Kurds demanding an Kirkuk oil under their authority, at atime when it is within the authority of the Federal government. " 
    The member of the Liberal bloc that " the National Alliance , will be held at ten o'clock in the morning (today) Saturday meeting to discuss sticking points in the budget , " likely to "take a deduction Profile several days or be approved in the late hours of Saturday." 
    For his part, MP Abbas al - Bayati, a coalition of law, in an interview with (long - Presse) that " the general budget bill is still under discussion within the Finance Committee, which is working on the introduction ofamendments to it , " asserting that " the amendments are supposed big entered some of a political nature and the need for political understandings. " 
    Al - Bayati said that "the Presidency of the Parliament has asked the House of Representatives the opportunity to hold a meeting with the blocks and the Finance Committee to accommodate the notes." 
    Furthermore, MP Khalaf Abdul Samad, a member of the Dawa party bloc, said in an interview to the (long -Presse), that "we will insist that the petrodollar allocations are granted Basra province , amounting to five dollars for every barrel of oil imports during the next budget year 2017, otherwise would not vote on thebudget. " He said Abdul Samad said "Basra province government asks for $ 13 billion as a result of the failure to accord dues during the past years , " adding that " the province of Basra selling oil does not grant rights." 
    In a separate context, replies the House of Representatives, the draft law on the First Amendment to theGeneral Amnesty Law. As a legal acknowledged Iraq 's accession to the International Convention for thePrevention of Pollution in the Ships, 1973, and the law of the abolition of the dissolved Revolutionary Command Council resolution No. 180 for the year 1977. 
    A parliamentary source said (long - Presse) "The House of Representatives voted during its meeting of 34 of the first legislative term of the third legislative year , a response the bill in terms of your first amendment principle of the law of amnesty. "
