    BAGHDAD (Reuters) - Iraqi parliament speaker Salim al-Jubouri announced on Tuesday a "satisfactory formula" for all political parties on the country's general budget for 2018, after resolving all disputes over it.
    This came in the wake of a meeting between Jubouri and members of the Parliamentary Finance Committee, according to a statement issued by the Presidency of the Parliament, said that the final draft of the budget law for 2018 was finalized.
    According to the statement, Jabouri praised the «great efforts made by the Committee in overcoming all obstacles, and resolve the points of contention that hinder the adoption of the budget».
    The draft submitted by the government of Abadi did not satisfy any of the parties in Iraq, as the Kurdistan Region objected to reduce its share of the federal budget from 17 to 12%, while the Sunnis criticized the failure to allocate sufficient funds for the reconstruction of areas devastated by the war against the organization advocating, Shiites increase the share of oil provinces.
    In this regard, Jubouri said that «ongoing discussions led to a satisfactory formula for all parties», adding that «the end of the budget law will give messages of reassurance to all parties that the next phase will see the start of the page of construction and reconstruction, and the return of security and stability in the country».
    Parliamentary sources said that the Finance Committee submitted to the Presidency of Parliament the final version of the draft budget, and was on the agenda of the Parliament on Wednesday, to vote on its terms and approval.
    The total value of Iraq's budget for the current year about 108 trillion dinars (about 91 billion dollars), while the expected revenue of 85 trillion dinars (72 billion dollars) and the deficit 22 trillion dinars (about 19 billion dollars). C
