    MP Kazem al-Sayadi said Wednesday that the agenda of the session today included 33 paragraphs and did not attend only 33 deputies, while pointed out that some politicians of coincidence and heads of blocs affiliated with entities and sects want to pass the budget according to their mix and electoral campaign. 

    Saidi said in a press conference held today and attended by Alsumaria News, "The agenda of today's session included 33 paragraphs did not attend within the meeting room 33 deputies," noting that "the agenda is free of the budget that passes within the moods of some MPs and political blocs away from the aspirations of Iraqis" 

    "We have made many proposals, but some politicians of coincidence and heads of blocs affiliated with entities and sects want to pass the budget according to their mix and electoral campaigning," he said, adding that "we will not attend these meetings unless the budget included those paragraphs that we proposed, Ministerial to turn lecturers in the Ministry of Education from free records to ministerial records with a salary of 250 thousand dinars. " 

    Al-Sayadi said that "there is a betrayal of some of the representatives of the oil-producing provinces, which demanded that the law of the provincial councils to allocate $ 5 per barrel of oil source for these provinces and we proposed to give them 2-3 dollars and other funds remain debts to the government, which is required to issue a special system for the disbursement of these amounts."

    He said that "the government and some representatives of the oil-producing provinces have failed those provinces and began bargaining to pass some paragraphs of the budget at the expense of other paragraphs," noting that "not include the proposal to convert some of the self-financing companies lost in the Ministry of Industry and transfer them to exercise the same jurisdiction with freezing provisions until the situation improves Economic, as well as not include the return of the retired contracts to service and modify the prices of wheat and barley. 

    "There is no response to these claims from the Finance Committee, which has recently resorted to appearing Facebook at the expense of the aspirations of the public to some privileges and left the citizens starving." 

    A parliamentary source said on Wednesday that the Presidency of the House of Representatives decided to postpone the meeting, which was scheduled to be held today to tomorrow because of the lack of quorum.
