BAGHDAD (Reuters) - Saudi Crown Prince Prince Mohammed bin Salman will visit Baghdad soon, Iraqi parliamentarian Amer al-Fayez said on Wednesday.
A member of the Iraqi-Gulf Friendship Committee in the Iraqi Council of Representatives, Amer al-Fayez, told "Sputnik" that Ibn Salman is likely to visit the Iraqi capital soon at the official invitation of Prime Minister Haider Abadi.
"The crown prince received an official invitation from the Iraqi government to visit Baghdad, in response to Saudi Arabia's recent official invitation to Abadi."
He said Fayez that "the relations between Iraq and Saudi Arabia is improving in favor of both countries," he said, "adding that" the coming days will witness reciprocal visits between the two countries is represented by high-level diplomatic delegations. "
