Parliamentary Investment: Trade will not be able to provide ration items for citizens during this year

Baghdad / .. The Commission on Investment and Economy parliamentary Thursday, that the Ministry of Commerce will not be able to prepare all the ration card items during the months of the year for all provinces during 2018.
"The budget of 2018 included austerity plans and a reduction in financial expenditures, pointing out that the Ministry of Commerce will not be able to equip all the ration card items during the months of the year to all provinces during 2018.
She added that "the processing of ration card items for all provinces need to provide more than 5 trillion dinars by the federal government, but the latter does not have the financial potential."
She pointed out that "the last reason to delay the delivery of ration items to the citizen is the financial and administrative corruption in the Ministry of Commerce, stressing that" trade imports food items that the citizen can not address because of the expiration of the validity or the presence of insects in some food. "
