    The spokesman for the national security committee of the Iranian parliament, Nekavi Hosseini, said on Sunday he feared the appointment of US President Donald Trump as John Bolton, a national security adviser at the White House. 
    Hosseini said in a statement to the agency "ISNA" Iran that the ultimate goal of the recent appointments in the White House is to overthrow the Iranian regime, pointing out that "the appointment of Bolton confirms that the Americans put the file topple the Iranian regime on their agenda." 
    "The measures that will be taken from the White House after Bolton's appointment to topple the Iranian regime will start imposing economic sanctions on the country," Hosseini said. 
    He added: "as well as taking a negative position on the nuclear agreement and the opening of the ballistic missile and human rights in Iran, in addition to raising its regional role in the region and all these measures will be taken to overthrow the Iranian regime."
    "The Americans now support the hypocrites (Mojahedin Khalq) to overthrow the regime, and they know very well that they are a terrorist group, but because their goal is to topple the Iranian regime, they support the terrorists," Hosseini said. 
    The Iranian regime is considered one of the biggest supporters of the opposition People's Mujahideen Organization of Iran (PMOI), and often attends Bolton as a supporter of the overthrow of the Iranian regime and a keynote speaker at all the conferences organized by the organization. 
    Bolton confirmed recently during his attendance at the last conference of the Iranian opposition organization, that 2019 will be the year of the fall of the Iranian regime, and that he will celebrate in Tehran with the People's Mujahideen after his overthrow. 
    "The appointment of John Bolton and the re-election of Rex Tillerson, who has a supportive position on the nuclear agreement, and the appointment of Mike Pompeiro, who is opposed to the agreement, as foreign minister, all indicate that Trump's goal is to overthrow the Iranian regime," Hosseini said.
    "The Americans prove that they have hostile behavior against Iran, and use the Mujahedin Khalq as a way to achieve their goals in this direction," said a spokesman for Iran's parliamentary security committee. 
    In such a case, according to Husseini, Iranian diplomacy should reach the conclusion that "there is no hope that the Americans will have a positive and neutral attitude toward Iran and the Iranian revolution." 
    Hosseini pointed out that "the retreat before the Americans does not produce any progress on us, so the Iranian diplomatic response should be a revolutionary and influential response to America." 
    On the experience of negotiations with America, Husseini said: "We have tested the Americans in the nuclear agreement, and have shown their lack of confidence in negotiations or international treaties, so the diplomatic body must surpass America as the Iranian revolution."
    "The arrival of John Bolton to the White House and the new coalition in the Middle East confirms that the necessary ground was laid for the abolition of the nuclear agreement and the start of a full-scale military war with Iran," said Iran's "Iran Age," a close associate of Iranian reformers, .
