    [ltr]Saudi Arabia's cabinet on Tuesday approved a memorandum of understanding to establish a joint Arab electricity market, including Iraq.[/ltr]
    [ltr]"The Saudi cabinet approved a memorandum of understanding for the establishment of a joint Arab electricity market," the official SPA news agency said in an interview with Mawazine News.[/ltr]
    [ltr]It is noteworthy that 14 Arab countries signed on Friday (7 April 2017) a memorandum of understanding for the establishment of a joint Arab electricity market at the headquarters of the General Secretariat of the League of Arab States in the Egyptian capital Cairo, on the sidelines of the twelfth session of the Arab Ministerial Council for Electricity.[/ltr]
