[rtl]Sumer News: The governor of Baghdad, Atwan al-Atwani, that the next phase will witness a deterioration in the provision of services, expected to be worse if the central government did not address the demands of demonstrations in some areas of Baghdad.[/rtl]
[rtl]Al-Atwani said in a press statement that "the Baghdadi citizen can not wait indefinitely the central government to provide services of water and sewage and tiling for the areas of Fadhila and Nahrawan and seven wells and the bridge Diyala and some areas that are witnessing demonstrations of poor services."[/rtl]
[rtl]Atawani explained that "the government to diagnose abuses on projects and address the problem to be able to provide humanitarian services to citizens in the province."[/rtl]
[rtl]According to a news source, "observers considered the statement of the governor this abdication of responsibility and electoral propaganda, because the first to declare to the Iraqi people about the fate of funds and contracts and the fate of corrupt who remained at large outside the rule of law by political collusion between the bloc to which he belongs and other blocs.[/rtl]
