    The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Abdul Razzaq Al-Issa, called on Thursday for universities and private colleges to send their first students and teach them to international universities. 

    Al-Issa said in a speech during the first scientific conference of the Department of Education, "The Ministry of Higher Education has been keen to harness its potential to make the institutions of private education in the stages and high levels within the priority of quality and a quotation of global success and development," noting the " A framework for the provision of good climates for the pillars of quality and academic accreditation for the national university education in Iraq. "


     He added that "civic education is responsible for the formation of a generation of science and knowledge through its role as the true partner of government education in Iraq." He pointed out "the active importance represented by scientific research in universities and private colleges, especially in the fields of specialization, Community system ". 

    Al-Issa called on universities and private colleges to "send their first students and teach them to international universities."
