25/4/2018 12:00 am [rtl]Baghdad / Al-Sabah Iraq has been elected a member of the Executive Office of the Union of Courts and Arab Constitutional Councils, the Federal Court of Appeals spokesman Ias Samuk said Tuesday. "Iraq was elected as a representative of the Federal Supreme Court and one of the three members of the executive office of the Union of Courts and the 15-member Arab Constitutional Councils," al-Samok said in a statement. "This took place during the meeting of the General Assembly of the Union, which held its tenth meeting in Cairo for the period from 22 to 24 April," the official said. "The delegation of Iraq participated in these meetings during which the President of the Federal Supreme Court Judge Medhat al-Mahmoud, a review of a number of judgments and decisions issued by the Federal Supreme Court in the protection of political and religious rights and freedoms."[/rtl] [rtl][You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] [/rtl] |
