    Information / Baghdad ..
Iraq's ambassador to Tehran, Rajih al-Moussawi, said Thursday that the US move to withdraw from the nuclear deal would not affect relations between Iran and Iraq, adding that the Iraqi government had expected the Americans to abide by their commitments.
"The nuclear agreement with Iran is of great importance in terms of international security," Moussawi said, adding that he hoped that "the American move will not lead to trouble and obstruction in the region."
He explained that "America's exit from this international agreement came through ignoring the efforts of the international community over the years to reach a nuclear agreement."
"The Iraqi government was expecting the Americans to abide by their commitments and there were more expectations from the international community to stand against this American step," Moussawi said. "The Iraqi government condemned this American step as a wrong step." Ending / 25
