    [ltr]The candidate for the coalition of state law, Alia Nassif, topped the list of coalition candidates after receiving 3093 votes in the province of Baghdad.[/ltr]
    [ltr]These votes and results are limited to only 10 provinces and within the results of the general election which took place on Saturday, while counting and electronic counting of the other eight provinces are continuing, in addition to the results of the special ballot held last Thursday, which included all the military, prisoners, Including special voting.[/ltr]
    [ltr]The special voting process began on Thursday morning (10 May 2018) and the general election began on Saturday (12 May 2018).[/ltr]
    [ltr]The elections were contested by 320 political parties, coalitions and electoral lists, as follows: 88 electoral lists, 205 political entities and 27 electoral alliances, through 7,367 candidates.[/ltr]
    [ltr]The parliamentary seats were distributed to the 18 Iraqi provinces according to their respective census. Baghdad receives 71 seats, Ninawa 34, Basra 25, Dhi Qar 19, Sulaymaniyah 18, Babil 17, Erbil 16 and Anbar 15.[/ltr]
    [ltr]While Diyala has 14 seats, Kirkuk 13, Najaf, Dahuk and Salahuddin 12 seats each, Diwaniya, Karbala and Wasit 11 seats in each province, Maysan 10 seats, and Muthanna 7.[/ltr]
    [ltr]The Electoral Commission for elections, after midnight on Sunday, the preliminary results of the elections in 10 provinces, while counting continues in 1018 polling pen.[/ltr]
